Your Children’s Residential Care
Questions Answered
While many outstanding children’s homes are in the UK, Bold Leap offers a distinctive feature that others simply can’t. This point of difference is Peter Buturo combination of personal and professional expertise, having practised as a social worker for 11 years and having been a foster carer for a child since 2019. As well as working in a childrens home as a residential support worker that has given Peter Buturo an insight into the journey of the child in care. Additionally, the exceptional management team that oversees our homes ensures that the Bold Leap brand is as authentic as it is unique.
Not many other owners of children’s homes have Peter Buturo depth of experience, where his deep connection and desire to see children and young people in care thrive sets the organisation apart. In addition, we are registered with Ofsted, which signifies our compliance with regulatory standards and demonstrates our commitment to high quality and accountability in the care we provide.
We prioritise safety by providing a secure and welcoming environment, implementing appropriate behavioural boundaries, and employing a dedicated staff team trained to manage and support the unique needs of each child and young person.
Children at Bold Leap are given support to access their education or training. Support may include, for example, putting in place practical arrangements such as transporting the child to school, support by staff to learn how to use public transport confidently and safely, or the use of technology to connect with on-line learning.
To ensure the safety of the children and young people in our care, we cannot reveal the specific locations of our homes. However, we can disclose that they are in the West Midlands.
Bold Leap homes can care for differing numbers of children depending on the home itself. Our homes have an entire staff team consisting of a responsible individual, a registered manager, a deputy manager, and residential support workers.
